Wrote a review and it didn’t go through! No hesitation in leaving five stars and I highly recommend Max. His repair work to my appliances have all been successful and never needed any follow-up. It’s easy to find companies offering service but that’s a tall leap from providing it. He’s always on time, prices are very reasonable and he gives honest advice. The latest service was to my stove door fixing damage that I made. I didn’t think it was going to happen; he disassembled it all and fixed it. ~ Linda

Max at TrustedFix did an expecptional job and was very kind to my mother who is a senior and on limited income. He went as far as to give her a discount and made sure she was comfortable with the price. I won't go anywhere else other than TrustedFix for future appliance repairs. 15 year old Whirlpool Cabrio dryer started screeching! Knew it would be the rollers and tension wheel/roller. Of course they wear out eventually. Worth the repair and hope to get many more years out of it. Service person was fantastic. Wish the name was included on the invoice. He was out of business cards. We had a great experience with TrustedFix in the Tri-Cities area(Port Coquitlam). Our GE dishwasher would not fill with water after starting the cycle. They were able to send a technician later that afternoon on the same day and determined it was the water fill sensor. The repair was made and it’s working perfectly again. Excellent service, repair was done quickly, reasonable, on time and serviceman was so nice and polite, I had a problem with a front load washing machine which he fixed right away and checked everything to make sure all was working properly.
